The Hiveworks is led by Amy Rogerson, an experienced higher education leader with over 20 years of cross sector experience to draw upon. Amy is driven by a passion for creating inclusive environments and truly believes in the power of teamwork to make the dream work! She has been instrumental in the successful delivery of transformation projects throughout a career in the UK, Africa, the Middle East, and Russia. Her approach to work centres people, whilst emphasising strategic coordination, collaboration and sustainable transformation.
